Day 1 - Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou - Deserto Zagora

 

After breakfast, we will by the High Atlas, stopping to see a traditional Berber village.

 

We will enjoy a panoramic and breathtaking view of the highest road in Morocco.

 

We had lunch in Ait Ben Haddou, the most important place on the route Thousand Kasbahs, UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a famous backdrop for many films including The Mummy, Gladiator and Game of Thrones.

 

We continue our tour by visiting Ouarzazate, "the Hollywood of Africa", followed by "thousand Kasbahs road" to reach Kalaat Mgouna, "the city of roses". We also passed by the typical traditional villages of Skoura and "El Kelaa des M'Gouna." Our day ends in the peaceful and amazing site Dades Gorge. We stayed in a hotel that includes dinner and breakfast.

 

 

Day 2 - Dades Gorge - Todra Gorge - Desert Merzouga

 

In the morning there is time to enjoy a stroll by the river, surrounded by the magnificence of this rocky and rugged landscape. We visited Todra Gorge, where the cliffs are so high with 650 meters high and only 10 meters away.

 

We will see many quaint villages on the way.

 

After lunch, we go to Merzouga, and there you will have a traditional Moroccan tea and waiting for you a warm welcome by a family of desert. Let dromedary to the high desert dunes reaching a Berber tent where you will have dinner, nothing but his voice, or his companions.

 

 

 

Day 3 - Merzouga Desert - Cedar Forest - Fez

 

After a breakfast with a local nomadic family, you will leave with good memories. On the way back, you will not fail to appreciate the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi Duness changing with the light throughout the day.

 

We went back to Merzouga, where you will shower in the hotel. We can then visit Rissani, Erfoud, Errachidia and Mildet taking time to do some shopping.

 

We will visit the Cedars forest Azrou and Ifran, where you will be surprised by its spectacular nature. We end this tour visit the imperial city of Fez.

Day 3 - Merzouga Desert - Ouarzazate - Marrakech

 

You will wake up with only the desert around you. On the way back, you will be able to enjoy the first rays of light in the spectacular high dunes. Here you will be able to take beautiful pictures of the top of the dune.

 

On the way back you can meet some Merzouga, before starting the way back. On the way we will stop at Ouarzazate, the "Hollywood of Africa" and visit its famous film studios. You will be able to feel the fresh air of the Atlas again.

 

We arrived back in Marrakech, where the tour ends in the evening.
